The NPC in victory road is invisible for me (I visited his brother in the house where the fly HM should be). I was looking for his brother all over kanto until a guildy helped me and showed me the position (where I have been before several times). Anyway, the npc is invisible for me. 2. After beating the E4, Oak is supposed to hand out a special item. I received nothing from him and would like to know if this is a bug or working as intended. Thanks in advance! For the first one, his brother is traveling around and show up randomly/routinely in different map, such as Victory Road, Diglett's Cave and etc..
