I want to climb up to get thunder punch at the far right of route 42 so I bought an abseil rope with coin. Why does it say I got no right credentials to climb? Anyway, I finished only 7 gyms in Johto. Best regards with thanks

ig for using abseil rope/rock climb move(outside battle) , you have to complete 7th gym of sinnoh.
