I have already answered your request at PRO discord however I will answer it here as well for any players experiencing the same issue who stumble upon this thread.

Glare and Mean Look are incompatible with Hold Back. In the original games this combination is not obtainable for Serperior. Some moves in the original games are only obtainable during events, which causes these illegal combination scenarios. I hope that clears up any confusion, always feel free to make another post if you have any doubts.

    I have seen the answer on discord, but I wrote this before posting on discord since friend wanted me to post on forum first 🙂
