Rabinorato
Hi, I accidentally evolved my Kirlia SW into Gardevoir but I wanted it into Gallade. Is it possible to turn him back into Kirlia please ? If it is not possible, maybe I can release my Gardevoir and receive a Krilia SW / Gallade SW with the exact same stats ? It's a stupid mistake, it's a star wars I will never have it again... Thank you very much "I am sorry for the inconvenience. Your frustration is totally understood. As we do not have any tools to cancel evolutions, and as the game asks for confirmation before evolving, I must deny your request concerning turning your Gardevoir back to Kirlia. Concerning your offering of receiving a brand new Star Wars Form Kirlia instead of your actual Gardevoir, I must deny it too as it would be unfair towards other players whose requests were denied in the past. I suppose this is not the answers you are expecting, and I am sorry, but there is no other possibilities. As there is nothing more to answer, I will now lock this topic. Kind regards and take care RockyRaccoon" I'm reposting the topic because I wanted to add something, thank you for understanding. I first wanted to thank you for your quick response and your investment in your proximity to the players. The game also asks for confirmation before releasing a pokemon and yet you agree to give it back to them (which is fine) so I don't understand this argument. I also wanted to clarify that if other people make the same request as me in the future, please do not worry about me and grant their request. As a player and pokemon fan, I wouldn't find it unfair and I would even be happy for them. I think that's what all the fans would want as well. Thank's again. Sincerely Rabinorato
Rockyraccoon
Greetings again @Rabinorato, You need to understand that restoring a deleted pokemon isn't coded the same than reversing an evolution. As I previously said, we do not have tools to reverse an evolution. This is why the evolution window has been created, to think twice before doing it. For example, before, evolving pokemon made them harder to level-up, so the question has been already discussed. A very few exceptions has been made in the past by our Developer Team due to unusual and specific circumstances. So, due to the possibility for reversing evolutions to also become an abused service, this will not be changed as it can affect the economy of the game. Kind regards RockyRaccoon
Rabinorato
I understand all that but there is another possible way to repair this error such as giving me a new one which will replace mine. To be honest, I was really hoping you would make a move since I've been playing your game since January 2017 and this is the first time I've asked you for something. But hey too bad, I would have tried I wish you a pleasant day and long live pokemon
