Whimsicott (Item: Lagging Tail)

• Purpose: Disrupt and weaken the opponent’s lead.

• If the opposing lead is NOT a Mega Pokémon:

  1. Use Switcheroo to give them Lagging Tail (slows them down).

  2. If still alive, use Memento to sharply lower their Attack and Special Attack.

• If the opposing lead IS a Mega Pokémon:

  1. Use Cotton Spore to reduce their Speed.

  2. If still alive, use Memento.

Golduck (Item: Lum Berry)

• Purpose: Apply Simple Beam and begin accuracy drop setup.

• Turn 1: Use Simple Beam to overwrite the target’s ability.

• If still alive:

  • Use Flash up to 3 times to reduce accuracy.

• If Golduck faints before using Flash 3 times:

  • Switch to Magnezone to complete the Flash debuffs.

Magnezone (Item: Lum Berry)

• Purpose: Continue debuffing and provide team utility.

• If fewer than 3 Flashes have been used:

  • Use Flash to finish the 3 total.

• Then:

  • Use Thunder Wave (unless the opponent is Ground or Electric type).

  • If the opponent is a special attacker and Magnezone is still alive:

    • Use Light Screen.

• Switch to Dugtrio afterward.

Dugtrio (Item: Lum Berry)

• Purpose: Final debuffing and entry hazard setup.

• If 3 accuracy drops weren’t reached:

  • Use Sand Attack until the total is 3.

• Else:

  • Use Stealth Rock.

• If Dugtrio is still alive:

  • Use Memento to further cripple the opponent.

• Purpose: Setup and pass massive boosts safely.

• Always keep Substitute active; refresh it if broken.

• Setup sequence:

  1. Substitute

  2. Aqua Ring

  3. Shell Smash ×3

  4. Baton Pass into Pangoro

Pangoro (Item: Focus Sash)

• Purpose: Take full advantage of passed boosts and sweep.

• After receiving boosts:

  • Use Power Trip to sweep.

  • Exception: Against Gengar, use Crunch instead.
