Since this is a Cross Server auction, you are the one responsible for transferring in case the winner is from Silver server. The buyer can transfer instead of you if they desire, but you can not force them to do it.

@Incandescent By them bidding on this, isn't that than creating a binding agreement that they're willing to come to me due to the stipulation that I put at the beginning of the sale?  If they aren't willing to do so, they technically don't have to bid
