First I went to abra he got vanished afterthat I went to casino owner. I was following one utuber he also went there and after he trimmed the video. That's y I m unable to see the abra think so. I will re-login the game in evening.

Did you interact multiple time with Abra before talking to the Casino Owner? or only once?

Once you interacted with the Abra multiple times, Abra will flee and you will have to go to Mt. Coronet Summit to continue the quest.
