You start the auction as ralt and you evolve it during auction ongoing its count as mishandling. Not only that you have evolved the pokemon while the auction was on going, but you have also tried to sell it in-game for a fixed price. This auction will be cancelled. I highly advise you to familiarize yourself with Trade Rules and Auction Rules. Future infractions of this kind will be dealt with more harshly.
