I'm looking for a dratini for my team, I have surf, I have the super rod, I've been to three places where it could appear and so far I haven't been able to, could anyone help me, please?

Go to blackthrone city,there is a cave name dragons den,there you can dratini..but i preferr you to use repel trick

You need pay to visit safari, but dragons den cave is free,if you go there you can catch many dratini
