For example, Wiss-O-Wisp has its own page! You will find the ways to teach it to your pokemon.
You will also know which pokemon can use the move!

 

Will-O-Wisp can be taught to your pokemon by Level or by TM.
The TM can be found in Veilstone Dpt Store, for 7000pokedollars.
