Guild gyms

So I had a thought about guild run gyms. So pretty much a new island call it lets say Girudo (Japanese for guild) Island. Have a town with basic poke stuff and then start with some under construction buildings where the asset can be changed. Charge guilds XXX coins to start a gym and XXX for rent. The guild owner can then copy members and their teams (similar to copylass) and place them in the gym as npcs. Have maybe one or 2 statues out front or inside that show the first 10 or last 10 players to beat the gym. Assuming this is a popular feature you could then add furniture/larger guild gyms to drive the feature.  This would add an element of by players for players that would seemingly not get stale as they can change their teams weekly. Could possibly even add a timed element that starts when the first npc is approached and do it by time instead of first/last.

Reasoning behind why I think it would be worth the resources is player housing being a huge thing in the mmo community in general and stale end games being a bit of a killer for some games. It would also add (assuming people like it) constant donations from the guilds to participate optionally charging access to this island for MS members although I think the benefits/drawbacks to that are razors edge. On one hand MS memberships are pleasant for the server on the other hand thats less people rolling through which would decrease the desire of guilds to take part. Maybe gyms could offer a pokemon or item something up weekly as a prize not sure about that.
