So, back in 2023 I specifically remember doing the Bike quest and having a Bike right before moving to the next region. After i moved to Johto i had a break from  PRO. Today, i downloaded the game again. However, i see that my bike is missing. I'm not sure if any of the other items are, because i do not remember every little thing i had, but the bike was really important cuz it's basically impossible to get it back until i beat all 8 gyms in Johto.

After multiple checks, I can confirm that you did not do the Bike Quest, and the Bicycle has never been in your inventory.

As the last time you played was quite a long time ago, you might not remember it correctly. As I can really understand your frustration, there is nothing that can be done from my side here.

 

To get the bike, you need now to get all Johto Badges. Once you have them, you will be able to come back to Vermillion and interact with the NPC Old Man Steven, in the house right next to the pokecenter. 

He will sell you the Bike Voucher for 60k pokedollars or 40k pokedollars if you can also give him a Ditto, which closest spots are located Route 8, Route 13 or Route 14. 

Then claim your Bike at the Bike Shop in Cerulean.
