Screen freezes when I'm in random pvp

I have complained about this many times and I know many people who feel the same way, whenever I try to solve it with a mod they pretend they are not there or they are simply negligent. The problem happens even if I don't do pvp, but it is very common when I do random pvp, the screen freezes and I lose the game due to a simple game bug, and after closing the game and re-entering The game bans me for 10 minutes because it considers that I committed an infraction, and I have to lose matches and not be able to rank up. If this continues I will have to delete the game.  The only thing I like are the battles so if I can't do them I'd rather not earn myself more frustrations. Thank you, I hope the problem is resolved as soon as possible and I ask that you speak with your moderators.  Instead of linking perfect Pokémon, they should really put effort into helping the community.
