Mathers88 Posted May 13, 2016 Share Posted May 13, 2016 Either I have just gone through a one-off case of the worst luck ever or something is off with the 10% freeze chance [ice beam and ice punch]. I've been inflicted with freeze every single time my opponent has used ice beam or ice punch on me (3 different battles, in a row).
