I just got to celadon and got my first free eevee. i wanted to evolve it in a vaporion but i am strugleing whit the grass gym and am thinking of getting flareion. now i wonder at this stage is there an easy way to get a second eevee? id like to get bouth eeveelutions. thanks to everyone who helps me. for now i am geetting vaporeion.

 

You can get Eevee in Safari Zone which is the closest for you right now.

 

Recommend you to check pokedex, prowiki/Reborn Bot if you want to know pokemon spawn.

I tried farming Eevees with good IVs in order to train them and the most useful advice i can give you is be patient, it's a bit difficult to encounter an Eevee in Safari Zone and even more difficult to find one with good IVs. I really wish you find one soon with good stats without spending too much money or time in the Safari Zone.
