I recently bought it but the Price Giver is bugged, I though with that membership I could go to the lower rooms but I can't, so my question here is what I can do with that membership?

I didn't buy the membership myself, but I did see a mod post on /all that membership will pay off in the future. Makes me think that the perks of membership aren't implemented yet
