I read on a forum that I had to talk to paul in liliycove, but Ive scoured that city and found no paul. What am I to do? As @Mysticwind indicates on the screenshot, you must go to the Lighthouse in Lylicove to be able to find Paul. Here is a guide for Sinnoh Quest, if needed. Let me know if you still can't find Paul! Did i do everything?
