As @Mysticwind indicates on the screenshot, you must go to the Lighthouse in Lylicove to be able to find Paul. Here is a guide for Sinnoh Quest, if needed. Let me know if you still can't find Paul! Tendosasori Posted October 4 Author Share Posted October 4 As you see here I cannot see/find paul, I have passed and beated the E4 for the hoenn and idk what to do now, i even did the teleport quest to.
