Bug in boss battle and Lost of Cyan Fire Wings

hello and good morning or afternoon as always today I come to report 2 bugs that just happened to me, well the one with the wings a while ago but well, the first problem is about a boss the problem with it is that time appeared to me while I was fighting the boss I could and walk from goldenroad as if I were in a pvp battle and when the time was up it kicked me out and didn't let me finish the fight (this happened in my alt Angelblack123). and well what just happened in my main account is that in my inventory I no longer had the cyan fire wings in my inventory and I haven't found them I had already finished the quest and I have photos not of when I finished it but when I was just one step away from finishing but well I will be waiting to see if they can fix it and sorry for so much text.
