incomplete trade

This player made me move to where he was with the idea of exchanging a reroll ticket for a coin capsule.

As you can see in the images, the player accepts the deal and makes me go see (Vermillion) to complete the trade. When I arrive, I kindly ask him if he only needs one coin capsule and) he tells me two) but he says something rude and leaves without having completed the trade. It seems unfair to me that he doesn't keep his word and has made me waste my time.
