I don't know whether its bug or not but hoopa keeps failing on the dark power. I have watched several youtube guides, forum guides and done the same thing but still it scumbles.
First thing is that i dont have enough time to pick hoopa from well and talk to Meray's sister after i defeating the gravelers and last npc.
Some people tell to loose one battle with hoopa so hoopa will not go "full of himself" but it still doesnt work.
I have tried several times but the result still remains the same .
