Unless I'm wrong, switching from Confined to Unbound should exchange the moves. As we're currently in Gen 7, both the Confined and Unbound forms of Hoopa can correctly possess both moves. However, Hoopa Confined or any other Pokemon, that is not Transformed into Hoopa Unbound, should not be able to use Hyperspace Fury. I've forwarded this issue to our developers.
