Should Hoopa be able to have Hyperspace Hole AND Hyperspace Fury in the same moveset?

Unless I'm wrong, switching from Confined to Unbound should exchange the moves.

 

Bulbapedia's Hoopa page also has this line of text:

Thank you for your report, and I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with this interaction.
 

As we're currently in Gen 7, both the Confined and Unbound forms of Hoopa can correctly possess both moves.
However, Hoopa Confined or any other Pokemon, that is not Transformed into Hoopa Unbound, should not be able to use Hyperspace Fury.
I've forwarded this issue to our developers.
