yes if i applied 5 mins rule, nath would still win, and i have no idea why @Samaygupta would cause this ruckus for, because the auctions ends on gtm+7 8:54 and his last bid was on gmt+7 8:43. 

Nath last bid was on gmt+7 8:53.
