idea is something like "options>main menu>contact staff" where you then get a pop up that you can write a title and breif summary of why you need help. things like player reports, in game glitches, ect... things that normally would end up on the forums eventually, but we all know not everyone uses the forums and sometimes you need ingame help. these reports would be veiwable by staff only and they could go through them and act accordingly.

this is not "i dont know how to beat X pls halp" but a in game way to contact staff. yes players can pm individual members of staff or go to global chat, but staff can not read every single message on global 24/7 and not everyone knows the name of every member of staff, and not every member of staff is online 24/7.
