Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

We do not offer de-evolution service, as we do not have the tools to do it.

I'm sorry that it not might be the answer expected, but nothing would be able to change it.

 

The only thing you could do is getting another Rockruff and then head for the wanted evolution!
