1. It is prohibited to make an offer or bid without the intention or means of fulfilling it.
2. Spears cannot be removed once they are made.
- In-game: Spears cannot be edited.  

- Forum: Bids can be edited, however, they cannot be changed to a lower price than initially defined.  

› We recommend that buyers make and keep evidence of their spears. Timestamps are preferred. This is not necessary when spears are placed in the forum.

3. Bidders must have the means to honor their offer:

- In the account in which the spear is made. 

› Forum: If you intend to make payment to an alternative account, different from the one used to bid on the forums, clearly specify which account the payment will be made to.

- At the time of placing the bid, it must remain available until the bid is exceeded or until the end of the auction.

2. Todos os  lances devem ser reconhecidos, e todas as ofertas atuais/melhores devem ser anunciadas publicamente com o nome de usuário do licitante e o valor do lance.

-  No jogo :  Isso se aplica a  todas  as postagens comerciais relacionadas ao leilão. Provas de todos os lances recebidos devem ser feitas e mantidas, para serem disponibilizadas mediante solicitação da Staff. Carimbos de tempo são preferidos. 

1. Auctions cannot be canceled once they have started.

2. All bids must be recognized, and all current/best bids must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid value.

- In-game: This applies to all commercial messages related to the auction. Proofs of all spears received must be made and maintained, to be made available upon team request. Timestamps are preferred., I didn't see if I did that

3. Offers received outside of an auction cannot be: 

- Claimed or used as current or better offer. 

- Used as a starting bid without permission from the buyer.

4. The auction winners must be publicly announced. 

- In-game: An exchange post must be made to announce the end of the auction, with the winning bidder's name and bid amount.

- Forum: A reply in the auction thread must be made with a screenshot of the completed trading window.

› If the auctioned Pokémon/Item is traded to the wrong player, the trade will be forcibly reversed and traded to the rightful winner.

› In the event that the winning bid is a false bid, the bid will be void, and the auction winner will be offered to the runner-up. Runners-up are not required to honor their bids in these cases. Where no runner-up is available, the auction will be void and void.

5. When advertising, make it clear which Pokémon/item is being auctioned. 

- In-game: For Pokémon, including a link. For items, including the full name of the Item.

- Forum: For Pokémon, including a screenshot. For items, including the full name of the Item.

6. When moving an existing sales thread from the Silver or Gold forums to Cross Server, the current thread must first be marked as closed.

- Auction: Once started, an auction topic cannot be moved.

7. The price/starting point must be clearly stated. Once reached, the auction began.
