Encountered the bug while fighting the boss Lorelei.
The snow due to the ability Snow Warning ends like planned after 8 turns due to the Icy Rock, but the Snow Icon stays in battle. It's a bit unclear if Blizzard still bypasses accuracy checks at that moment. This interaction was indeed bugged, but has been fixed in the latest Client Update.
