I have been playing for some time, I know that I can have up to 4 accounts. I have two.

My question is. Can I trade between them? If so, what can I and cannot trade between my accounts?

Thank you for reaching out with your question !

 

As long as both your accounts meet the requirements to be able to trade (Both have 4th kanto badge and present in the same pokécenter) you can trade between them with no constraints.

Keep in mind that some items (Like: pokéballs, bound reroll tickets, some cosmetics ) and pokémons (legendaries and mythicals mostly) are not tradable between players in general and you wont be able to move them between your accounts.

So everything that can be traded between players, I can also trade between my accounts, without the risk of a ban?
Pokemon including schiny and event Pokemon, coins, clothes and mount?

If there is a full list of what I cannot trade between my two accounts, where can I find it?

Yes, you're correct! Anything that can be traded between players can also be traded between your own accounts. This includes event Pokémon, shinies, cosmetics, mounts, Pokédollars, coin shop items, and more.

The examples I mentioned earlier refer to items and Pokémon that are tagged as "untradeable," meaning they cannot be traded under any circumstances, even between your own accounts or other players.

 

For more information about multi-account rules, you can refer to the game rules page. As long as you follow those guidelines, you should be fine.
