(NEED CHANGE EMAIL) I Lost access of my EMAIL and cant play in my account, please someone HELP

I lost access to my email and only have access to my PRO POKEMON account. I tried to log into the game and now it's asking me to "authorize the device" and it says I received a request by email, however I no longer have access to this old email.

The PRO POKEMON dashboard says I can open a post here on the forum under "general complaints"...

How should I proceed? Can anyone help me?

If you’ve lost access to your account, you can request an email change by creating a new topic here. When you do, please remember to include your username along with the new email address you'd like to associate with your account.
