As I said in topic some moves are not in pre evolution move tutor for example some tm moves i didn't check all moves but I saw teleport move can't be taught there for many Pokemon like slowing while slowpoke learns it by tm and porygon 2 while porygon learns it by tm and there is no other way to reach them teleport after they have evolved

I apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

 

Pre-evolution move tutors are used to relearn moves that an evolved Pokémon can't learn, but its pre-evolution can through leveling up. They do not include moves that can be taught via TMs or other tutors.
