Expand Hello, @Starbeast07 ! Could you provide a bit more detail about your situation and what you've done so far in the quest? Screenshots of any dialogues would also be really helpful. Here are a few things to know: You need to be the Hoenn Champion to start the quest. Talking to any Security Guard inside Pokécenters will trigger the quest. However, this doesn't mean you'll immediately be allowed inside – there are additional steps to follow. The next step is to talk to Watson, who is located in New Mauville (not the one in the gym). To get there, head south from Mauville City, reach the water, and surf east. Let me know if this helps! Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
