Bug with double reroll ticket

Hi, 

 

Today i was planning to use 12 rr ticket to reset IV of 5 legendary and i buy the double reroll service payable with 2 reroll ticket 

at this moment there is no problem but double reroll service still works until the 5th i didnt see the count of double rerrol used after this,

and i lost at least 4 double reroll

The first reroll was keldeo, the second darkrai the third kyurem white, i use the most ressource for its and i met the bug after the 5th reroll ticket, the last poke was raikou i had use only one reroll 

We can see with keldeo drakrai i have successfully reset their IV twice but not with Raikou 

the double reroll service was still active before i reset Raikou's IV but no longer worked

Does it possible to find an issue for this case?

Does the double rerrol service bugged because i used i on kyurem always fused
