I caught a 141 IV caterpie today but I am still not allowed into the genesect room, I have 650 hours of playtime.

 

Is it because I submitted a larvesta instead of the caterpie for the contest? None of the guides I´ve seen mentions anything about the 140+ IV poke needing to be submitted, it just says it needs to be captured during bcc.

 

You need to submit the 140 IVs pokemon+playtime access got removed too

I apologize for any frustration caused by this situation.

 

Just like @Mysticwind explained, the only requirement for getting Genesect is submitting a pokémon with at least 140 IVs during the daily Bug Catching Contest. Only catching one wouldnt count if not submitted.
