Have you collected all three gems from the dungeons? The Forest Dungeon (which you mentioned) The Mountain Dungeon to the east of the Wastelands The Icy Isles Dungeon, which you can reach by speaking to the sailor south of the Wastelands Once I have your answer, I’ll do my best to assist you further.
