Sorry for any frustration this situation may have caused.

It looks like you caught Entei in the past, but it wasn’t leveled up or trained, so it’s possible you released it. The good news is that you can catch it again with the same nature and stats as before. To do this, you’ll need to defeat the Boss NPC Nikola, who can be found in the Unknown Place – Trainer's Valley. Entei should be found and catchable again near the Boss Guardian again.
