I need help on what to do after hoenn, ive just came back after 3years. So i want to go to the new map, where should i go and what quest should i take to reach sinnoh.

There is a quest to finish in order to gain access to Sinnoh region, you initiate it by talking to Paul located near the Lighthouse in Lilycove city. You can refer to this guide to help you navigate the steps to complete it.

 

Once you get in Sinnoh, you can follow the guide Nlyax kindly provided !

Ive just run the hoen elite 4 again and paul would only say to this...Or is it my quest already begun?? Maybe i should just try following the quest in see where may ive been to. but ive remembered not doing this quest before.

Make sure you’ve completed all necessary tasks in Hoenn, including defeating the Elite Four and the Champion. Then, visit the region's main port to board a ship or follow any NPC guidance to reach Sinnoh. Enjoy your journey!
