Hi @Soares1 Your auction has actually not started yet. Your initial post, of the ingame chat, doesnt show that the player starts the auction. It only shows the player thinking that your starting offer was the current offer. There is no mention of them starting the bid.

 

Even if, later in the pms the player did start the auction, you have no evidence to back this up. Providing discord screenshots in this situation also hold no relevance. Even if they did, what you showed could be anything.

The player in question would have to Bid here, or properly ingame if they still wish to start the auction. Otherwise you are free to do what you want with the gengar.

Hi @Soares1 even with them confirming that they did bid, it doesn't change anything here. There was no proof at the time, that they had started the auction. 

To avoid us just going back and forth, aswell as creating more confusion for other players, ill lock this thread. You Can PM me on forums and ill answer your questions on this if you wish.

 

You can make a new thread, if u wish for the gengar, and change any parameters, as it would be a new auction. You can outright sell the gengar if you wish, as your poke is no longer under an auction. 

 

I know this wont be what you want to hear, but the auction never had any proof of starting. Getting the player, after the fact to confirm, doesnt change this.
