What have you done before the problem was there?

I was just going through the underground part of Goldenrod of the department store, and I found the brightpowder in the location that it resided in, but when I checked my bag afterwards, it was not there.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have asked help from a staff member in game, and I was told that I was correct in saying I didn't receive any brightpowder, and that I should make a forum post about it and I thought that this would be the best place to put it. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong category.
