bug at quest 3 legendary bird

i have already 2 orb  fire and lighting orb ,but in the water orb incident I forgot to bring a pokemon with the shadow tang ability and articuno disappeared. I have tried to fight Nikola boss but I can't fight Nikola because there is no legendary pokemon that I failed to catch and now i am really confused looking for a way to make articuno appear again. ithink this is bug can you help me thanks^^

Hey @Souryunoisen , 

 

this is not a bug. You should go there again with a Pokemon that has the Shadow Tag ability and just look around to see where it went. It's there somewhere.

Sorry about any frustration caused by this situation. Since the first time you didn't have a pokémon with Shadow tag ability on you, it means you wouldn't have been able to go where to Articuno is at all and that wouldn't have changed where it spawns or if it spawns. Can you go back there with a pokémon that have the required ability and follow this path:

 

To reach Ice Island:

1. Start at Shamouti Island and head north.
2. Continue north through Shamouti Seaway.
3. Keep going north through Seaway Vein.
4. Then, go north again through Ice Island Seaway.
5. Finally, you will arrive at Ice Island.

On Ice Island:

1. Once you arrive, go left and climb the stairs.
2. Articuno will be waiting there.
3. After you defeat Articuno, it will drop the Ice Orb.
