I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused. I understand this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but unfortunately, we can't change your Pokémon’s ability.

To explain it simply: Pokémon have different ability "slots." When a wild Pokémon appears, one of these slots is assigned to it. For your Weezing, slot 2 was assigned. Before the National Dex update, this slot was empty, as Weezing only had one ability. But after the update, slot 2 now holds the 'Stench' ability, which is why Weezing’s ability changed.
