I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.

Here are a few things to check:

1. Double-check your email address: Make sure you’re checking the correct email linked to your account. You can verify your email address in your Dashboard.

2. Check your spam folder: Sometimes, the verification email might end up there, so be sure to give that a look.

3. Wait a bit: Occasionally, the email can take a little longer to arrive, so please be patient and try again after a short wait.

If the email address linked to your account is one you no longer have access to, or you still don't receive the virfication email after these steps, you can make a request in 2FA email recovery.
