Greetings @Guhan

Have you tried any of the following:

  • Uninstall and Reinstall the Game: Delete the game and all its related files from your PC, then empty your Recycle Bin. Afterward, reinstall the game.
  • Whitelist PRO in your antivirus: Ensure that your antivirus isn’t blocking the game.
  • Update drivers: Check that your graphics drivers and other important drivers are up to date.

On top of the solutions I mentionned above, you can also try to:

  • For Mobile Users: If possible, switch to a stable network that's not 5G. Try to avoid large downloads or having too many devices connected to the network, to ensure the connection remains stable. Additionally, I recommend using the Legacy Client for Android, as it tends to resolve some common issues for Android users.

  • For PC Users: Ensure that your wireless adapter is functioning properly and is up to date. If you're using an Ethernet cable, confirm that it’s securely connected. Also, check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure there are no issues on their end.

I hope this helps solve the problem.
