it ended up killing its self and I cant catch it please help 

You have to do Nikola boss to get the opportunity to catch it, more informations there:

i beat the quest and false swipe it and disabled some moves and it struggled and killed it self I tried to go to nikala and nothing happened how do I get a respawn so I can catch it please help

I'm sorry for the confusion! It looks like you're not quite finished with the quest yet. The Kyurem you battled is a level 100 Kyurem that you’re supposed to defeat. After beating it, you'll be taken back to the village where the Mum will thank you for saving her son.

To complete the quest, head back to Enyor Forest and go to the entrance of Enyor Cave. There, you'll find another level 100 Kyurem blocking the path. Defeat this Kyurem, and once you do, it will move westward in the forest. Now you can prepare to capture a level 50 Kyurem.

For an easier capture, be sure to bring your hunting Pokémon with Sync and False Swipe moves!

yes the one i killed i could of thrown i Pokeball at and i threw serval at then it struggled and died maby i forgot the new location because when i enter the cave i see nothing

@Itachi1701, back in Eindoak town, have you talked to the kids mother inside the house near the well ? the second kyurem shouldnt be inside the cave but infront of the entrance. Then the last one you encounter and that u can catch should be in the forest. 

 

I recommend you follow the steps in this guide if you feel like you need more details.
