Regarding about dungeons and some of the bugs I've encountered

Good day sir./maa'm PRO Staffs hello I just want to raise my concern regarding on the dungeons. This following weeks me and my guildmates often run dungeons and we noticed that the all of the dungeons is a little bit laggy I thought at first it was just my ping, but all of us were experiencing the same thing at the same time and we experienced few bugs on some dungeon as well.

1.) When we we're running at forlorn dungeon I already killed the shade of terror houndoom but for some reason the shade and I interacted with it again and is still there and at the same time my guildmate is fighting the bisharp. One of my guildmate encountered the same bug before as well.

2.) This one when we were running on pinkan after entering my guildmate tried to play the piano but this dialogue prevented him to do so. He never played the piano whenever we enter a room we just get caught buy shadows everytime we even waited for 10mins just to try it interacting again but that dialogue keeps us to play the piano. Thankfully we only encountered this bug one time during our run on pinkan.

3.)This one happened when I was running on hoopa when I was about to go to the boss room for some reason it keep looping the loading so and I tried to restarting the client and when I got back I got this all of my pokemon fainted and I just see a black screen until I leave the dungeon.

Whenever I tried keep entering a room on hoopa it's a bit laggy to the point that I have to keep going around 2-3 times just to enter to the room. I thought I was just really lagging but my ping is stable around 40-60 ping.
