idk can a mod verify this, usually all auctions post the bid and trade on the forum. You could have been dishonest and lied and just sold them off auction since the auction wasnt doing good with a lesser price than insta? not saying that you did but you couldve, so yes.

You have been punished for mishandling your auction. I highly advise you to read Auction Rules. Future infractions of this kind will lead to harsher punishments. 

You need to provide all bids you receive in-game.

2. All bids must be acknowledged, and all current/best offers must be publicly announced with the bidder's username and bid amount.

- In-game: This applies to every trade post related to the auction. Evidence of all bids received must be made and kept, to be made available upon Staff request. Timestamps are preferred.

› Bids made on Discord are not valid or accepted.

- Accepting known false bids (from alternative account, friend, guildmate, etc) is prohibited.

Once an auction starts, you can no longer alter the parameters. Your auction did not accept any items.
