Hi all, two trades here have been reversed. Let me break down why below.

 

The Staraptor auction was started on 28/03/25 at 12:23 PM GMT+0. With a 24 duartion this gives an end point of 29/03/25 at 12:23. The bid by @Jeremyi6 came in on 29/03/25 at 12:32 PM, 9 minutes after the auction had ended. @Xplodin this means that you won the staraptor with your 300k bid and the trade was reversed to reflect this. @Jeremyi6350k has been added to your account.

 

The volcarona auction was started on 29/03/25 at 03:39 AM GMT+0 by @Psytron. With a duration of 24 hours this gives an end time of 30/03/25 at 03:39 AM. The last bid before this point was for 800k by @Psytron on 30/03/25 at 03:38 AM. There was bids just before this, which extend the auction by 15 minutes according to our trade rules, but without these the 800k bid was still in time and valid. @Psytron The volcarona has bee added to your account with the removal of 800k. @Xplodin750k was added to you account (removal of 300k for startaptor to total 450k being re-added).

 

@1zanagi The confusion likely lies that bids are taken from the time they are posted onto the forums and not the time they are received in game. Aswell as this all auction rules apply, so during the last 15 minutes of this auction, all bids received should have been extended, as shown in the quote below. This will be a warning to you as you have mishandled your auction. I advice you to read our Auction Rules and General Trade Rules

Got it, apologies for this mistake, didnt see the 15mins rule for bids and for the record, as per the time stamps in pro chat screenshot with Psytron, volca was started on 11:38:07 AM (GMT+8) & for the staraptor, the reason why I didnt see the exact time that it was started is because there's no exact time stamps in forum (or maybe there is, i just dont know) it was only showing "15hrs ago" or something like when it was started in forum, something like on the screenshot below but thanks anyway and I'm sorry for inconvenience. Also one more thing, if you can do the same with garchomp jolly ha coz never got a chance to talk with Thiego02 maybe due to time zone difference. Thanks!!
