Do you see a different value in speed EV?

Anyway, you can actually see the stat change only after leveling up.

 

EDIT: It's probably due to the low level of your Pokemon.

Do you see a different value in speed EV?

Anyway, you can actually see the stat change only after leveling up.

 

That is not true, you can train ev's even at level 100. At lower levels the ev's scale differently though so it won't be 4ev = 1 stat point. Once you get to lv 100 it'll balance out though.

Uhm you're right, I was thinking about the classic games where you see the stats change after leveling up.
