Hello, support team!

I'm writing to report an issue regarding a missing item: Bright Powder. It was equipped on my Drifblim (ID: 44837648), which was stored in my PC.

I attempted to unequip the item by left-clicking on it while the Pokémon was still in the PC. However, after doing so, the item did not appear in my backpack and now seems to be missing.

I've attached a screenshot showing:

  1. The Drifblim that had the item equipped;

  2. My backpack, which no longer shows the "Bright Powder".

I would kindly like to request a restoration of the item, or at least a check in the system to understand what happened.
