Gliscor is more like a tank, given that he can use Taunt and has some nice base stats, from my point of view, but you need to decide on your own.

honestly it depends what kind of sets you're trying to run for it. what do you have in mind?

Right now id say adamant is best since neither of substitue and protect works atm
